Ivy Wong Coaching

My session with Ivy was open and honest, she was present 100% of the time and gave me her undivided attention. Before meeting Ivy, I was feeling frustrated about my professional career and the direction in which it was heading. I wanted to chat to Ivy about some advice that she could provide. Instead of giving me the answers, she asked thoughtful questions and guided me to come up with a number of options that resonated with me. She prompted deeper questions which led me to evaluate what’s really important to me.

Since these sessions, I have started to feel more positive about myself and my outlook on life. I know there are certain external factors that are out of my control, and what I can influence is how I feel internally. This insight has helped me tremendously in my day to day perspective, thereby increasing my overall happiness levels.

My overall experience has been very pleasant and I was able to learn so much more about myself. I highly recommend Ivy for a 1:1 coaching experience.

My sessions with Ivy are always incredibly insightful, productive and healing. Before working with Ivy, life felt chaotic with overwhelming workloads in different businesses and lots of people to look after. I explained I had already tried different morning and evening routines and found it hard to make time for them.

Ivy listened to my words and pin pointed exactly what the issue was (when Ivy pin-pointed the issue, the penny dropped – She is amazing!). Ivy then helped me design a very simple, yet effective system for to manage my workload and daily wellness.

Since these sessions and using this system, workload is the same but it’s very manageable and I am enjoying my work again! Plus, I am even more focused and productive at work which has given me back my weekends. This was the result of only one session, the next session was even more mind-blowing.

I would highly recommend Ivy as a coach especially to parents and children. I was really struglling to cope with working from home during the pandemic while looking after a demanding 4 year old. She gave me very helpful tips and useful approaches to make the day more manageable.

Her experience as a teacher was really helpful and facilitated me to create an environment to encourage my child to play independently. She is a great active listerner and made me rethink my parenting style and approach. She truly helped me to grow and develop as a person.
